Three quick interviews. One interview with the recrute in Spanish with a bit of English to demonstrate proficiency. One interview in English with one of de Directors in the USA and finally, one in Spanish with HR in Colombia. My process took 3 months but it generally takes less. For technical roles there are technical tests. No screening interview or pshicometric assessment.
