I was contacted by a third party recruiter and informed I would have a phone interview with the application development manager. I never spoke with the manager and instead spoke with the team members. No explanation was provided. The questions were trivial and straight from the textbook. I was asked front end, back end and database questions. It seemed like the interviewers were happy to be interviewing and having a lot of fun during the phone call. I never heard back from the company after the interview.
