The recruitment process lasted a total of two months. There were 7 rounds, 6 interviews, 1 case study, and 3 online assessments. The communication could be slightly improved. I was told at multiple stages of the process that the next round would be the final round, which ended up not being the case until the 7th round. I was also informed at the end of some of the interviews who I would be meeting with in the next stage, but it would often end up being someone different. They are clearly passionate about their work and their mission and everyone I met with was kind, however I did find the recruitment process to be a bit unorganized.

Incredibly terrible HR/Talent Acquisition specialist. Lack of basic communication with candidate. Always rescheduling without asking then rude remarks when someone does the same. Seems as though the company doesn't know what direction they are going in with this role. Advertised as entry level but far from it.
