I was flown out by Neogenomics for an in-person interview after a nice phone interview. The process was very quick! I was shown around several different lab areas and talked to a few managers, team members. The employees I talked with were really smart and innovative. There were only a few issues I came across which were that the management seemed unsure of what department they were hiring for, this left me with an uneasy feeling. I think being able to talk to the manager, for the department you're getting hired for, after the interview would've helped versus going straight to talking with HR. The company is really busy which causes a pushiness for hires that isn't very comforting. Overall the company is very professional and impressive.
