Following two interview rounds, I was unexpectedly ignored without any update on my application status. Despite the recruiter seeming approachable, their inefficiency became apparent. After I submitted my availability in a scheduling system, the recruiter lost track of my details among numerous open tabs, leading me to follow up via email. This lack of organization and communication during the recruitment process was a concerning red flag.
