They get back to you very quickly and the interview process is efficient and straightforward. I had an initial interview with the college recruiter, then met with the Merchandise Planner, then with the DMM.

Easy. Start with a phone interview and then a one on one with the manager. Decision was very quick and onboarding was easy. Go through credit check, background check and drug test.

The interview process was standard. It consisted of a phone screen, followed by a first round in-person, and final round in-person. The whole process took about two weeks to complete.
