HR reached out to coordinate an initial interview for an EA to CEO position.. Normally for a role like this, I would have expected the first round to be with HR or someone within the existing admin team. The first interview ended up being with the CEO, which he was completely unprepared for. He'd very apparently not been briefed on my experience, did not structure the interview and took calls during the interview. I understand that the CEO of a company of this size is busy, but it was inconsiderate of my time and the time of his team who had took the time to coordinate the meeting. Did not follow up given the initial experience.
