Three total rounds, one with HR the first, then Technical and then one with the Director of paid media. The first round was about screening basic motivation and gauging fit for the role. The technical round was more on critical thinking and console expert level questions, and then the last round was about vision, mission and values with the directors.

The process was very smooth. They were looking for someone with a knack for learning and someone with a bend towards Marketing. Overall I will rate the interview process 10/10
