J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Nehemiah Security (Durham, NC) en févr. 2017
Entretien
I came to learn of Nehemiah Security through a recruiter, which lead to my first interaction with the company being a round of tests. Other than some basic math skills, it depends not on experience but on perception and critical thinking, which I believe are very important in hiring the right candidates and often difficult to discern in personal interviews. Once I completed the tests and the follow-up ethics questionnaire, the feedback from the recruiter was very encouraging and I felt I had a great shot at getting the job. The in-person interview was long (3+ hours) but very comfortable, and because of the testing results, I felt much more relaxed than I typically do in interviews (and less likely to put my foot in my mouth). Afterward, I had a follow-up call with the CTO, which added to my comfort that Nehemiah would be a good fit for me. Overall, the process is a unusual, but I found it to be a great fit for me.

It was one of the worst interviews that I've ever had with a company. They were slightly unprepared, they asked me to demonstrate that I know things I didn't mention in my CV. They were kind of bored during the interview and the atmosphere wasn't extraordinary. It didn't take me long to realize that it's not the right place for me.
The disappointing part is that they never contacted me afterwards, which I consider it as a lack of professionalism since they came to me on linked in and asked me to go on an interview.
