Once you apply, follow up with the hiring manager via email or LinkedIn. A recruiter will email you to set up a phone screen. Once completed you will be scheduled for an in person interview with 2 people. One of them will be the hiring manager and the other will be the hiring managers boss.
I met with the hiring manager and it was very unorganized. Supposedly the hiring managers boss was not in the office that day but could still look at my LinkedIn profile everyday for about a week.
The marketing office was moved from Obama, NE to Naperville, IL and a lot of people lost there jobs because of the move. This company sells books to college students and is on the decline.
