I got the email from recruitment agency. Then they scheduled the interview immediately after my confirmation. Overall process was ok. Initial technical round, Final technical round and then HR round. They will call you once you through first technical round only

Interview process was set up through a recruiter. The process started, I didn't hear anything for approximately one month, and then a round of interviews started. This is likely more the recruiter than any fault of Nederman. Several phone interviews followed by a in person interview. Fairly straight forward process.
