I applied online and interviewed at Nedbank Square uMhlanga. 1. I applied online at the company's online recruitment website. 2. About a month or so, I received a call from their internal recruiter. He promised to send me an email invitation and never did. I had to call their recruitment desk 3 times, on the 3rd time he lied that he sent the invitation he's not sure why I haven't received it. I then gave him a 2nd email address just in case, he finally sent the invitation about 2 minutes or so after the call (on both email addresses this time). 3. Since it was given in a short notice (1 day), I had to hike to Durban early that morning. Fortunately, I arrived an hour early but the interview started about 20 minutes after the interview time he gave me (the hiring managers were late). 4. It was an easy competency based behavioral interview and the interviewers were friendly. 5. I was promised to be given feedback after a week but haven't received any as of today. I followed up with the recruiter and he didn't reply, I regret wasting my last money I would've otherwise used for registration.

The interview was done via Glassdoor last year November 2025 and thereafter I loaded all the documents that are needed, when I checked on the Nedbank it was still reflecting as interview, this month I called them for a follow-up. The lady took my details and she said they will call me back. So I don't know what to do.
