It was the only normal part of my experience with this company. It included the owner and other staff; it was informative. Mostly just a few questions, the owner talks non stop so she didnt really take he time too realize my knowledge and experiences. She just goes on and on abut the job and others.

My previous experience; I would like to note the owner has very little respect for education. I have both experience and a formal education and still the pay was 13. an hour.
