      Entretien

      I was contacted for the Senior Digital Art Director position. The selection process started with an initial introductory call, followed by a second interview with part of the team. After successfully passing these stages, I was asked to complete a technical assignment (Hands-on Assessment) to be presented afterwards. At this stage, the company clearly stated via email that, in order to acknowledge the time and effort required, compensation would be provided, and I was asked to indicate how many hours/days I had spent on the task so they could proceed accordingly. After a couple of months, I was informed that I had not been selected (which I do not contest). However, from that moment onwards, I did not receive any further update regarding the compensation for the work completed, despite several follow-up emails. Update 11/02/26: Following this review, the company acknowledged the mistake, sincerely apologized, and provided clear explanations and immediate instructions on how to proceed with the payment, honoring what had been originally communicated. Overall, I can consider the experience positive: despite the issue, they demonstrated that the values shared during the interview process are genuine.

You're absolutely right: we committed to compensating candidates for the time dedicated to the technical assignment, and we fully intend to honor that commitment.
