- Phone screening with HR
- Technical assessment in your preferred programming language
- Behavioural call with hiring manager
- Offer and contract signing

Entretien
- Initial Application Review: NearForm reviews your resume and evaluates whether your skills and experience align with the job position. If selected, they will contact you for further steps.
- HR Screening Interview: A first interview with HR to assess your background, soft skills, and cultural fit within the company. This phase focuses on understanding your motivations and expectations.
- Technical Interview: A deeper technical assessment involving problem-solving exercises, coding challenges, and questions related to the technologies you will work with (e.g., Node.js, React).
- Interview with Team Lead or Manager: A discussion about how you’d fit into the team, your work style, and how your technical expertise aligns with the project needs and goals of NearForm.
- Job Offer: If all interviews are successful, you’ll receive a job offer detailing salary, benefits, and next steps. You’ll also get an overview of the team structure.
