Very straightforward and covers all strengths and weaknesses as well as your fit on a team and ability to be a team player which is vital. Company has a very developed culture and are very good at showing you the full skill you'll be picking up amd being able to understand the skill in order to display next level competency with skill.

It was what you would expect from a business casual interview. Just keep your cool and remember that the interviewers are people too. I interviewed virtually and it was very casual.
