3 Interviews.
On the day of the last Interview I had to meet in-person. When I arrived I was greeted and sat down. Upon starting interview questions 2 managers communicated that they just hired someone but are looking to expand. While answering questions and referencing my background both employees stated that they had no information on me and didn’t even have my resume or if the position was Part-Time or Full-Time. I have over 10+ years of experience and it felt like they couldn’t bother looking me up. While taking notes one of the employees decided to hold off on writing down what I said for a few questions because she just found my answer so good that she wanted to take her sweet time after (red flag). They loved every answer I gave and found me to be an “outstanding candidate” but they had 2 other interviews that day so they would be reaching out. Within 2 days I received feedback and was contacted and told that they would like to extend me an offer but that they are waiting on an approval from manager before providing a start date on Wednesday, which was 2 business days later. Wednesday comes by and I did not receive any information, I attempted to reach out to my contract manager and was left in the dark. Fast Forward to today I received an email stating that they made some careful consideration and decided to not continue. Not only was I misled, lied to but they wasted my time. Had they told me that the position was filled already I would have continued looking elsewhere. Being a military wife and reading wonderful stuff about working at this company to only be met with unprofessional behavior is such a let down since we are members of this company. Southern Temecula,CA location please do better.

Applied online, followed by phone interview. Was an easy process. Asked the typical interview questions and got feedback within a week of my interview, overall process was quick and easy

The process was a lot for the lack of effort they put in or the salary. I realized they really didn't understand work/life balance or what the CoL was for our area. It was better that I declined and they gave the position to someone else.

Assessment took 39 mins to complete and it had many repetitive questions. It also included question about math and percentages. Make sure you have a calculator handy. I did not get an email after assessment and wish I was more involved
