Over zoom More difficult to convey actual personality than in person. I feel like after a while they will go back to in person - this is just still a result of Covid and because many of the employees still work at home.

Entretien
I was approached by a recruiter for this position. I applied, submitted my resume and portfolio, and did a zoom interview with the director of the Multimedia department in the Pensacola, FL office. It went well. I was asked to make an eLearning course in Rise with given material. After this was completed, I met with the entire department where they critiqued and reviewed my submitted material. I was told I'd hear back about next steps within a couple of weeks.my recruiter seemed optimistic and that I had been shortlisted for the position, but my recruiter and I never heard back from them again, despite both of us sending follow up messages and trying to contact again. Incredibly rude to have me create a complicated design piece, review it, and then ghost me. I would have expected at least an automated denial message or some sort of response from such a large company. Very dissappointed.
