1. Phone call with recruiter. (They told how good is perks and all)
2. Interview with hiring manager.
3. a. Recruiter Flaked. Never replied.
3.b. I sent 3-4 follow up emails and texts on LinkedIn, no feedback 😢
My opinion: Recruiters need to to work actually. They all post job postings on LinkedIn, then like each other’s post 😹 but don’t bother to interact with a candidate. It seems like it is just a system to show their bosses that how actively they all are searching candidates. In reality, they aren’t doing anything.
NFCU recruiting is only dependent on very few of dedicated recruiters and those do not waste their time to butter upper management.
