First, you will receive an email or phone call from the recruiter in the area and, they will be sent you a link to take an online simulated banker skills test. If you did will on the test, they will contact you to schedule an interview. My interview was a panel interview with the General and Assistant Store Manager. The questions were to describe how you handled a situation styled. After the interview, you will get an email from the recruiter to submit a background/credit check. If the recruiter needs you to clear some things up with the results, they will inform you. After the background/credit check, either the recruiter or the general manager will provide you with a job contingent job offer. The offer is contingent upon a separate FBI criminal background check that you will complete after you receive the offer. The process took a month from start to finish.

The hiring process started with two online assessments, followed by a phone screening interview from one of the recruiters (The gap between these two events was almost a month). After completing those, I moved to an in-person interview with a panel of two people. The interviewers asked behavioral questions, taking detailed notes throughout the session. They mentioned that the timeline for a decision might "take too long". However, it has now been over a month since my interview without any further communication. Despite my portal status still showing as 'Interviewing,' I haven't received a call or email update. While the initial stages were well-organized, the lack of follow-through after the in-person stage is kind of worrisome.

It was a group interview with two supervisors and a team lead, mostly interacted with hr dept. hr specialist fumbled entire process including pay and location I was to be working.

it was overall a standard interview process. nothing too extreme, they were friendly during the interview. received the offer not too long after the interview. I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a job.
