Entretien
I submitted my resume, a day later I got an email to do a simulation online. There were six scenarios I had to go through and rate "responses" based on the information I had. It was pretty easy. At the end of the online part they asked two questions and you had to record your answer. One was tell me about a time you delt with an irate customer and the other was tell me about a time you met an unspoken need. I received a phone call the day after to schedule an interview for two days. I was interviewed by three ladies. They were very nice and put me at ease. The interview started about 10 min late and lasted about 45 min. They said they will get back with me within two weeks.
