Pretty basic and standard as most bank interviews go. It can seem intimdating because theres about 3-4 different people in the room who will all take notes and ask questions individually.

Tell me about a time a customer was upset when they walked in, how did you handle the situation and how was the customer after they left.
Straightforward and very simple interview and requires minimal preparation. Be prepared to discuss your history and try to tie in your past experience with what you want your current role to be.

It was what you would expect from a business casual interview. Just keep your cool and remember that the interviewers are people too. I interviewed virtually and it was very casual.
