Very quick process, took a week. Applied Friday received an email with an assessment on Monday. Upon completion, I was asked to call in to schedule an interview. Interview consisted of behavioral scenerio questions. Received an offer the following day. However, I didn't start for another 2 weeks due to their training schedule. Tip: Negotiate your salary. Starting salary is 38k, but regardless of experience they will offer this to everyone
Straightforward and very simple interview and requires minimal preparation. Be prepared to discuss your history and try to tie in your past experience with what you want your current role to be.

It was what you would expect from a business casual interview. Just keep your cool and remember that the interviewers are people too. I interviewed virtually and it was very casual.
