I had an initial interview with a recruiter, which went well, followed by a second panel interview with the team. After the recruiter verbally confirmed the second interview, she mentioned a formal invite would follow within minutes. However, I didn't hear back for several days. I reached out mid-week, almost convinced they were ghosting me, and then received the official invite with the panelists' names just 20 hours before the interview. It really threw off my preparation. The recruiter later explained their system had been down for a few days. The panel interview itself was very intense and heavily focused on domain knowledge. This was interesting because I asked the hiring manager about their biggest challenges when starting and they mentioned that gaining domain-specific knowledge was exactly what they struggled with when they first started.

30 minutes for 1st Pre-phone interview (initial fit and benefit), 45 minutes for 2nd HR Manager(fit for the position and working knowledge), and the last round is a one-hour panel interview.
