The interview process was pretty painless. I applied on 7 Apr 16. On 19 Apr 16 I received an email from a recruiter with a link to take an online assessment, after I completed the assessment the email stated to email the recruiter of completion. I emailed the recruiter that I completed the online assessment and he emailed me back on 20 April 16 to give him a call to schedule an interview. My interview was 22 Apr 16. The interview was about 45 minutes long and the interviewer had two pages of questions he asked me. Each time I answered a question he wrote down key points. On 25 April 16 I received a call from the recruiter with an offer. We negotiated the offer and I accepted the position on 26 April 16.

The hiring process started with two online assessments, followed by a phone screening interview from one of the recruiters (The gap between these two events was almost a month). After completing those, I moved to an in-person interview with a panel of two people. The interviewers asked behavioral questions, taking detailed notes throughout the session. They mentioned that the timeline for a decision might "take too long". However, it has now been over a month since my interview without any further communication. Despite my portal status still showing as 'Interviewing,' I haven't received a call or email update. While the initial stages were well-organized, the lack of follow-through after the in-person stage is kind of worrisome.
