Applied through indeed.com, reached out to me a couple weeks later, made it to second round interview, and then was ghosted. Didn't seem like they were actually looking to hire someone, just trying to get ideas for their marketing strategy.

Phone screen by front desk person. In person interview with HR mgr and principal. Asked to provide ideas. Got the feeling they didn't know exactly what they wanted or how unrealistic their expectations are.
