I started with a short coffee interview during a networking event at university. After that, I was invited to complete a personality test. In the next interview, we went through the test results together, which was both insightful and constructive. The final interview was with one of the partners. Although I didn’t get the job, the entire process was very professional and well-organized. The recruitment team was respectful and communicative throughout. Overall, it was a great experience and I came away with a very positive impression of the company.

Short but intense. High focus on performance in test-scores. Only two steps. Got a notification that I was not proceeding after HR interview. Nice interviewer. Basically no feedback on performance or why I wasn't picked for the role.
