I applied on their website and heard back from a recruiter within a week. The meeting was scheduled for 30 minutes but only lasted approx. 15 minutes long. Not conversational and not engaging. There was no acknowledgment or follow-up to any of my responses. After she learned I did not have one of the qualifications, she became even more disinterested, looking away from the screen, and not taking down any notes either. I've never felt so disrespected on one of these calls. I had read bad reviews about the culture but was willing to give it a shot because they seemed to have a cool product. This experience affirmed the negative sentiment.

Entretien
The interview process was very standard and professional. It included the usual steps you would expect, such as general conversation and basic questions about background and experience. Nothing stood out as unusual or unexpected.
The interview process involved an initial HR screening, followed by a detailed conversation with the VP. I then delivered a formal presentation, participated in five meetings, and engaged in cultural and peer interviews to assess team fit and collaboration style
