The entire flow of the process was very scattered and repetitive. I spoke to two recruiters, the same hiring manager twice, and then two more individuals. I’m this order: Recruiter, Hiring manager, same hiring manager, recruiter, Sr SDR, then director of sales. With two more interviews to follow. The recruiting calls were both identical and very introductory. Strange process and in each interview I was asked generally the same questions. Seems like a cool company/great opportunity and wish an offer would be made, but I will say the interview process was odd.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Navan (San Francisco, CA) en avr. 2023

Not the company to work for. Office is appalling and the sales team appeared to be in disarray at the office. Management didn't understand their own headcount and has a pause on hiring. 4 rounds of interviews. 1st is recruiter screen, 2nd is the interview with the hiring manager. 3rd is an interview with a current SDR at Navan/director of sales back to back, 4th interview is a slide deck presentation.
