First interview was with a senior stakeholder. There was no HR qualifying call to channel the suitability of the candidate before call with a senior stakeholder. As this role is located in Amsterdam office, no questions asked about candidates right to work there.

Interviewer asked some standard questions and some random questions like why I have worked at quite a few organisations with the word 'group' in them? Seriously...
Another statement to a candidate after they stated they are applying for role as last role was redundancy due to covid19, for interviewer then to say they must be having a "nice break" is unprofessional and not in touch with the reality or any understanding of the global macroeconomic factors that have left millions in crisis situations due to covid19.
