-Customer either too small and relies heavily on products like video conferencing vs flights
-Small customer rarely use (a few times a year) and pay SAAS and ends up not saving
-Medium customer, some backlash from top employees, hard to raise price on software
-Large customer (not yet ready)
Travel industry is very low margin and expensive, thus we had to raise nearly 300M for a 1B valuation.
