Direct hire authority. Was offered job immediately after interview. However, it still took several weeks to get my TJO, Then it was about a 2 month process to get my clearance, FJO, and start date.

My resume was entered into database and then a 30-45 minute phone call with supervisor. They were quick to make a decision through the HR department. Salary is base on set scale and not negotiable. Clearance process required after offer.
