1. Applied online.
2. Talent acquisition reached out to me for a phone screen. Phone screen was pleasant - scheduled me for a pair programming assessment with a few SWEs.
3. 1hr pair programming assessment in language of choice. 3 person panel. 1 interviewer and 2 shadows.
4. Talent acquisition reached out to me shortly after the interview to see how it went. I gave my thoughts and they responded immediately - happy everything went smooth.
5. 30mins after talent acquisition responded I received a generic no-reply rejection email.

Question 1
Implement a cache in language of choice using only standard libraries.
The on campus placement process consisted of 3 roundes : 1. Coding Round The interview process was offline . Those who applied for the company were all gathered in interview room . Then a online test link was sent to institute email id . 2. Personal Interview Round Question from DSA were asked mainly like reverse a linked list , followed by reversing a linked list in size of k , draw DFS and BFS traversal of a graph . Questions were also asked from DBMS on topics like candidate keys , normalization . 3. HR Round : Questions were asked like what are interfaces , can you give some real life example of interfaces , Design a Cab System , why would we need to have loosely typed languages .
I had an HR screen and then a second interview with two developers/managers that dug more into my software engineering experience. That meeting ended on a positive note with a "We will schedule the next interview and let you know soon" and then I never heard from Nav again. Ghosted.
