I filled out an application while Lance the manager took my friend to an outside picnic table for her interview. When she was done I went. He was very nice but serious. Just asked basic questions nothing I remember specifically. Definitely made sure I felt I would be comfortable even being in the cave.

You show up and say that you're there for an interview. A person, maybe two, come out and talk to you for a little bit. Honestly, if you make it to the interview stage at all, you're probably getting hired. It's very difficult to mess up, so just make your application look good, clean yourself up before the interview, have a good attitude, and don't say anything profoundly stupid.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
I'm pretty sure I was literally only asked one question in the interview process. It might've been two questions. It was simply: "Tell me about yourself." Yeah, I know, not technically a question. But don't expect any kind of curve balls. Just look up the standard interview questions that people ask and you'll pretty much know exactly what to expect from an interview here.

You would begin by applying online. If there were interested, they would call you and schedule an interview. At the interview, they would go over your application and what they expected of you at the job.

It was a simple and easy interview. They did not ask any technical questions only questions regarding availability. Almost everyone who applied got an offer because the turnover rate was so high.
