The interview process had 2 phases: one with HR and another with team leaders. The first one was easy, with the standard motivations and background related questions. The second one was with 2 team leaders and a bit harder. They questioned my 1 year experience, my knowledge on the matters and my expectations. When I mentioned that I had some frieds working at the company that loved Natixis' office parties, they answered on an almost aggressive tone, saying that they were not there to party and that the team in questioned often did not attend due to the amount of work they had. I said that I was not applying just for the parties and I had mentioned that just because it is eavily adversited by the company on social media. Besides, I asked if they worked on national holidays and, if so, there was a team coordination to ensure that there was a turnover on the team members doing it. They said that they work on all holidays, besides Christmas and New Year, and you have basically no choice. I ended the interview with the impression that the team in question had a lot of work for little benefits, which proved to be true when they sent my the job offer. They offered a ridiculasly low base pay (12700€) and added the benefits (such as meal allowence, health insurance and discounts) to a total annual gross income of 17.500€. The issue is that the benefits that they provided are standard in the industry and, usually, not taken into account on the gross annual income, as you will see 0 of it on your bank account on the end of the month. Call me traditional, but discounts serve nothing if you don't have how to pay in the first place. Considering this, the offer was for a higher position with lower pay than I had at the moment and very low considering the company's competitors working not only on the same country but also on the same city, as I explained to the recruiters. They were not open to negociate the salary, so I ended up declining the offer with no regrets. All in all: if you are desperate, go for it. If you aren't, wait for a better oportunity, as you are just going to be cheap abour for them and could be making a lot more.

I had 3 interviews (the first one was a phone screening, the second one was with the HR and a third one with a team leader from the department that I was applying). Everybody was kind and really helpful.
