Pretty simple... Sat at a table with 2 people who took turns asking the standard interview questions. It seemed as if no matter how you did during the interview, they'd pretty much hire you. It seemed as if they hired everyone that walked through the door, literally. The police were showing up with warrants for people that worked there.
