My interview was completed by 2 managers. They ask behavior based questions and will have some follow up questions. The mood was very casual and inviting. They are attempting to measure your ability to effectively communicate with a customer. I had 2 rounds of interviews with two different managers. I was invited for a second interview immediately following the first interview. Both formats are the same.
