Received a phone call shortly after applying at a university career fair. All were behavioral questions with nothing technical. A few weeks later I had an offer. Accepted and then didn't hear from them again until a month before I started (about a 3 month gap). Also, wasn't sure who my manager was because of the lack of communication and a job change.
