They are going through a rigid list of preset questions that makes you feel like you are in an interrogation rather than an interview. Your answers are expected to be presented in the STAR format: S - Situation, T - Task, A - Action, R - Results. There were two people in the room and one person on the phone during the interview. I did not feel as if I clicked with any of them. Even though I consider myself a strong interview candidate, I left feeling that I had not impressed them in the slightest. This operation was being relocated to the Des Moines offices and several jobs were coming from Tennessee.
