I applied for a few positions that I felt I qualified for online. A few days later, I received an email stating that I could possibly qualify for another position which is the one that I am in now, I applied. A few days after that, I had to fill out a 2 page survey about myself (like where do I see myself in 5 years). I was called in for an interview about a day or two later. The next morning I had the interview and the day after that I was offered the position. I started two weeks later. I will say that my current supervisors were very nice during the interview process. They were professional but I'm sure they could see how nervous I was and they helped by being easy to talk to. I have been in interviews where the interviewer was very uptight and it makes the experience rough.
