Video interview followed by an in person interview with a presentation and excel skills test. Technical and soft skills are tested. You speak to multiple associates to get to know them and to see if you fit in to the culture.
The whole process was super straight forward. It had two rounds, first round was typical questions. The second one was more technical, and asking questions about what you would do in certain situations.
long and complex for a internship that was pretty much auto hire. Interviewer was nice but they are trying go get you to sell insurance and other products to friends and family.
It was not that bad, this was a part-time position as a data science intern working in the Enterprise analytics office. Morever, there were two interview one with the team lead and the other with the recruiter(initial phone screen).
