Applied online for this position and was initially contacted by a company recruiter about 10 days later for a phone interview. Phone interview was pretty standard but the recruiter was outstanding... it was more like a friendly convo than an actual interview. A few days later I was scheduled for an in-person interview with an accounting manager and 3 Sr. accountants. I felt the interview went really well and thought I might actually have a shot at a job offer. The accounting manager said all persons interviewed would be notified of a decision within a week. Two weeks went by and I finally had to contact the recruiter who I had initially spoken with to see if a decision had in fact been made. In the end they ended up hiring an internal candidate. After an initial really good first impression, their lack of proper and efficient communication was extremely frustrating.
