I applies online and then the recruiter for in person interview. When i went in, I was first interview by the HR manager. After I was done with the HR manger, I was then interview by the Pharmacy manager along side with the Night Shift manager. After the interview , i was given a tour of the hospital and the pharmacy

3 stages,: Stage one traditional interview, stage 2 case study and last stage Q/A and Pharmacy tour. overall the process is welcoming, they do a good job making sure you are comfortable.

Phone screen, in person interview and clinical case with lexicomp use allowed. The interview process was not demanding and catered to my time and experience. Everyone was very nice and answered all of my questions.
