I had an interview with the manager, then a 2nd with both the manager and the assist manager a few days later. Both interviews were about 45 mins long each. The process was wasy, comfortable and informational. In the 2nd interview, they had me try to sell them a pair of glasses (everyone in the store is cross trained) to see how if i had potential for sales. I got the job offer the day after my 2nd interview
