I was flown in for my interview with the recruiter and met up with a fellow optometrist. They showed me around the offices in the area and explained to me the business model and how things are run as a company. It wasn't so much of an interview as it was a meet and greet for them to know that I'm a personable person and will fit in to the company motto and environment. It wasn't daunting in the least.

They asked me about my extracurriculars outside of work
It was more about getting to know me as a person vs talking about the profession itself as we are all Licenced to practice doctors.

Simple and direct questions for the most part. Very pleasant experience overall. The decision came almost instantly. The transition to the job was easy and guided as well. All the questions were answered thoroughly.

Overall very easy process. The recruiters are very efficient at getting you in touch with the appropriate district and area managers for interviews and further discussions. The onboarding process is also easy to get familiar with the EHR and daily flow, etc.
