Very bad communication with candidates. I had 1 phone screen and 2 zoom interviews. After the 1st zoom interview there was a LONG wait before the 2nd zoom interview. After the last interview, I sent a follow-up email to the hiring manager and recruiter to inquiry about the status of the position; specifically regarding the time frame of when they would be making a decision...... never heard back. This is not considerate and in my opinion, poor practice. The only way I found out that I was not selected for the position was logging onto my application and seeing the term "closed." NCU - you can't even send an email or make a phone call to let your candidates know? This is not an institution I would want to work for.
