After 15 minutes with a recruiter I was invited in for a face to face interview. I spent many hours preparing a 30 minute presentation. After the presentation one person said that I covered just what he wanted to hear. I spent a total of three hours and felt pretty good about my interactions with the various interviewers. After a week and a half and two emails to the recruiter I wad told that they were going with someone else and no other explanation Even after asking. The questions were pretty general mostly about how I worked with others .
