Practical interview process, onsite interview at the intern location. Tried out propagating plants even without prior knowledge. Assessed on proactiveness in asking questions and learning new things. Depends from internship position to another.
i had a casual call with full timers in the department, they explained the internship job scope to me and had a chat about my interest in the job description
