The interview was over the phone, and I was asked questions about my hobbies and outdoor experience. The questions were given in a way that I needed to respond with great detail in order to show that I had enough experience and knowledge to perform job duties.

Easy - personable discussion with employer. Basic questions about work history, school history and background. Questions on prior work-related experience, why I wanted the job, and what I had to offer. Just the phone interview and then an offer.
