Apply on line and was contacted by email for a phone interview. Phone interview took place 2 weeks after the application was submitted. Questions were very basic and the whole interview was about 30 minutes. Took another week for the company to decide to select other candidates to consider for the position.

HR member who interviewed me was very nice but only with the company for 3 weeks. She did not have a background in insurance services so the interview was basic..I.E why would you be good for this job?
